Answer: Usually payment is made in three payments. The first payment when the contract is signed, the second when work begins , and the final payment when work is completed.

1) Question: What  Licenses are required for contractors in Massachusetts?

Answer: We are required to be Home Improvement Contractor Registered as well as have a Construction Supervisors License.

2) Question: What kind of insurance are you required to have?

Answer: We are required by law to carry business liability insurance that will cover all aspects of our operations. In addition we also have workman's liability which covers our employees should they be injured on the job and fleet insurance which covers all of out trucks and construction equipment.

3) Question: What kind of warranty's do you have on your work?

Answer: We have a Two year warranty on all work that we complete. We stand behind are products and services One Hundred Percent.

4)Questions: I've decided to use Fiske Construction for my project. What's the next step?

Answer: The first step is to come up with a total dollar amount for the project, which the customer approves. A binding contract is then written up and signed by both parties
