Way before
snow season is even in most peoples thoughts, we start the
process of planning and contacting our clients to see what their
needs may be. A snow management plan is then made up
stating what needs to be done during each storm. Then usually some
time in the fall we go around to each property and place stakes
around all obstacles like curbs, lawns, sprinklers, landscapes
etc. That way we can make sure that nothing gets damaged.
Our policy is if we hit it we repair it so you can have the
reassurance of knowing that your property will be taken care of.
When it comes to snow
removal, most people consider it side work or extra money in the
winter. We consider it to be a vital part of our business. This is an effort to
provide our customers with all the contracting services that they may need.
It's not just snow plowing to us, its snow management. When it comes to snow
management it is key to have all the prep work done before the storms come.
That way you can know that when it's time to get up and go to work or time to
open your business that the snow will be removed and safe for your travel or
your customers.
During any snow storm
our company is put into storm mode. All trucks are sent out immediately to
make sure that properties are cleared. Every piece of equipment receives
radar and storm updates via cell phone text messaging. This ensures that we
stay on top of the storm and equipment can be sent to sites as needed to
stay up with the storm
Before it Snows
After every storm is over
we always make sure that our customers needs have been met. We then bill our
customers accordingly to what services were done at each property. We bill
by three different ways. First is per storm, this is usually the case for
most people with small driveways that just want their driveway cleared once
after each storm. Second is per inch this is typically for people with
bigger driveways or large properties. And finally is per push. This is
typically used for customers that need their property to stay open throughout
the storm.
